Well … since Pa insisted that all our dinners come with a salad, Ma said the old “What Ferr?” We’ve come up with three versions that you won’t duplicate in Casper … that’s for sure. Here’s how it goes … we take a platter full of greens with some other veggies on the plate. Then we put a layer of our seasoned fries on top of that, and then you choose your meat. We top it all off with a layer of cheese and your choice of dressing.
