We take one of Grandma’s fresh whole sweet onions, special cut it, and hand-batter and fry it to a golden bloom. Served with our special dipping sauce.

Moo Stix — $8.99
A pile of battered cheese sticks, served with a side of ranch and marinara to double dip ’em.

Bull Fries — $10.99
Yep … Plain and simple, breaded and fried. Served with cocktail sauce for dippin’.

Stuffed Mushrooms — $12.99
Fresh mushroom caps loaded with lump crab and brie.

Little Cluckers Platter — $10.99
It’s 1-1/2 pounds of fried chicken wings slathered with Frank’s Original Hot Sauce. These aren’t that hot, ’cause the boss doesn’t like ’em that way! Served with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Tater Skins — $8.49
We load our Potato Skins with brisket, bacon, jack fondue and top-em with horseradish sour cream.

BBQ Wrapped Shrimp — $11.99
5 jumbo BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp, broiled and served with our tangy BBQ.

Artichoke Dip — $8.49
Creamy artichoke baked with brie fontina cheese, served with toasted pita bread.

What a Salad!

Well … since Pa insisted that all our dinners come with a salad, Ma said the old “What Ferr?” We’ve come up with three versions that you won’t duplicate in Casper … that’s for sure. Here’s how it goes … we take a platter full of greens with some other veggies on the plate. Then we put a layer of our seasoned fries on top of that, and then you choose your meat. We top it all off with a layer of cheese and your choice of dressing.

Selected, aged, and cut right here! Our steaks are good eatin’! Genuine USDA cuts that are cooked on our open-top broiler. They’re all seared and generously seasoned, served hot and good. We top ALL our steaks with our secret sauce.

We throw it in the flour and grill this native catch ’til it’s golden. A nice Western catch that cousin Herbert talked about.

Fresh 8 oz. salmon fillet stuffed with crab dressing, topped with Dijon sauce and baked in the oven.

Shanghai Salmon— $19.99
Our 8 oz. salmon fillet is slowly basted with a spicy South Pacific BBQ sauce that sends this salmon up a zesty trail.

Trapper Snapper — $20.99
Snapper fillet tossed in tinfoil broiled with lemon, wine, onion, olives, sundried tomatoes and fresh herbs.

We grill a 10 oz. chicken breast, then top it with a little of Ma’s homemade “sauce” and smother the whole deal in mushrooms, melted Monterey Jack, and cheddar cheeses. It’s a plate full!

Four large, boneless filets, breaded and deep fried just right! Served with ranch.

Ground Round, 16 oz. plus — $16.99
We take fresh ground burger and stuff it full of cheeses, onions, and mushrooms. Broiled to your liking, and topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions, cheese, and gravy.

Ma’s Thick Cut Meatloaf — $14.99
It’s homemade! You can tell from that chunk of eggshell. Come on Ma, put yer glasses back on! Topped with mushroom gravy or BBQ sauce.

The Creole Chop— $17.49
We stuff a 10 oz. pork chop with andouille sausage and dirty rice stuffing, bake it and served it with a Creole mustard.

Tender and fallin’ off the bone, with BBQ sauce brushed on top. We’ll bring the bib just in case you need it!

Tender beef tips, grilled with peppers, onions, mushrooms, then layered over our homemade mashers and topped with brown gravy and shredded cheese. Home on the range!

Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff — $18.99
Sauteed filet tips, mushrooms, onions and egg noodles. Tossed in Stroganoff sauce. All finished off with sour cream and green onions.
